The two legitimate half-brothers never realize it until Yuhao announces it near the end. :/ He has another illegitimate half-brother that he helps though. :) He tells him his identity a little while after meeting him.

but some of em still get good reviews because of the characters and the plot n such
..... this is one of those mangas
(not that im saying the art is bad. the art isnt the best but frankly its bugging me a lot less than a lot of other manga)
I actually prefere this kind of art to the tipical cutesy one. don't get me wrong, both are nice, but art like this feels more refreshing and less corney and "shojo like".
and at least in my opinion it suits the story way more

yes i prefer art that seems kind of "sketchy" (no not "sketchy" as in "suspicious") cuz it gives off a more..... refreshing feel to it .-.
like
the cleaner and more flowery ones with really thick eyelashes are typically manga with a whole ton of cheesy romance and drama, but this is a simple, sweet story about a couple of (pretty much) normal people.... so i think this art style fits it rly well

I totally agree. Sure sometimes that kind of chessy love story feels nice to read, but the ones that ususally make my heart beat faster or ache are the manga (especially shounen ai) with this kind of art style. It just make it more... I don't really know how to express it. Real? (as in not the cheap over dramatic version of love) heart touching? Like you can really feel the yearning, lonelyness or sadness to the max without it being cheap. And the sweet moments feel even more sweetヾ(☆▽☆) it just makes you fall in love with the story even more ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
