Well, to be fair Latte, you're one of those with a decent upload (can only talk for the uploads here). Respect for the cropping, image order (did not check through it all though XD), image quality and a decent translation. Don't hang your head - but right now everybody and their mom with an attention need seems to snitch left, center and right. That will inevetably catch those who still want to do a nice upload.
But ya .. avoid snitching, find a series that needs love and attention (I got one if you do translation too and need a challenge lol), keep your attention to the quality, image order, crop, translation quality etc. Given that we haven't been able to put a name on the uploader until recently, noone can see if you contributed previously. But we will going forward (unless the info is removed again). So if you want, build a name on quality and people will roar if *your* uploads are sniped.

I do agree with you. I also want to add that since the new feature, people now are more aware on how to upload manwha... Whereas previously, it was more quiet, and few knew. Which results in more translations, but lower quality for some manwha.

the new upload tool just leads to this, people are now taking over series that arent dropped to get ahead of translators that are... already doing it? why not pick up a series that hasnt been translated yet. i dont get the thought process lol
especially if the original translator is better. say what you want but this is rude and might be even discouraging to the original translator. why would you upload over someone faster updates, yeah right. you couldnt just wait
