I read this manga awhile back and it's really adorable. It's bout a teenage boy in japan who was really huge fan of da old days(either 70's, 80's or 90's) so he would sometimes feel uncomfortable since most of his friends and kids his age had da latest interests. He was asked by his teacher one day to give something to a student that's been missin out on classes. While doin so, he found out dat da girl was also like him- by accidentally catchin her singin en dressed up like a popular female singer dat time. She ofcourse mistaken him as a pervert, as you do, and avoided him. But dey would bump into each other either way en -BOOM- signs of feelings are showin.
I remember dis one chapter wer da girl kept practicin at a private karaoke establishment everyday after school so she could sing for da boy- it's really adorable en I wanna finish it or even re-read it.
