I had re-read this just now. And I just realized in I think in chapter 21? The class rep's sister has a crush on Shang Feng and know Nao likes her sister. And that's why she bullies them. She can't get Shang's attention because he's always goofing off with Nao. So right up and bullying is the only way.

I love how they are portraying what it is liked to in that situation. I went through it. I don't want gonna happen next, but looks intense.
But it is SUPER SCARY! I'm glad someone is able to portray it pretty accurately. I had 3 stalkers in my life. I THINK 4 because I had no evidence of him actually getting aggressive. He just stared and followed me.
