These recent chapters are kinda hard to understand? Could someone explain it.

tbh this manga is easier to follow if u read many chapters at a time. either wait for new chapters to pile up, or just read from the beginning
I thought the same thing about angel; and then the part where they determined his level to be undeterminable, all I could hear was it’s over 9000, lol. Basically, the emotionless people aren’t real people, they were made and are basically robots. The world has entered a final stage and the emotionless people are trying to kill everyone. It seems like basically everyone at this point is “close to being a god.” Rika is a prophet though, meaning he’s powerful like a close god but is only a tool for the close goda. The administrator is mad that he can’t be a god and is breaking rules slowly so he can be a god. He took that hot mom to be his “lawyer” so he can prove to the ultimate person he should be able to be a god. He wants to kill Yuri to help prove that he deserves to be a god. I think he made the rule that you can’t kill the administrator only to trick people and to not let himself die.
Yuri is trying to destroy the world cause f everything. She is able to go between worlds or “demensions.” She can not control it well so it’s very unstable. She doesn’t want to risk anyone’s lives so she went far away to try and control her power more. The angry masks are trying to kill her to stop her but I think they’re going to give up on that now. The nice blond chick is in her head now to help control the powers and stabilize her brain.
One for all was given originally to All For One younger brother, who was quirkless and didn't like the way his older brother was using quirks to cause madness. All for one forced his quirk onto his brother and the brother passed it down (or something like that) so his brother could be defeated(?)
I honestly don't think his quirk was meant to be "passed down" I think his brother meant for him to only use it, because the younger brother was weak. Something must of happen for it to be able to be passed down by the dna or whatever. (eat this!) I think, me assuming, this whole thing is assuming by the way, that the younger brother alternated it in his own way on accident? The older brother might of tried to take it back, but it wouldn't work (he might not of had the power to take quirks yet. Maybe he did. Maybe it didn't work on him if he attempted it) and tried to kill his brother or lock him up? He could of at least done that. And since it wasn't a quirk that was meant to be "given" it becomes a bit corrupted with each generation that uses it and Midoriya didn't have his generation right xD

Possible I guess? But he could just say "Come Out" any time, not really meaning the shadows and they appear and that would really expose him.
I think 'Arise' the command for letting the soul come out of the body. 'Come out' might be the command for summoning the souls he can store.
Arise I think is when he wants to make more if he sees black shadows from dead bodies, not sure if anything else is a special command. Just "arise" so far
