I know this is soooo off topic but I’ve liked this one boy since the beginning of the school year and we’re approaching the end of the year fast and I don’t know if I should confess my feelings for him.

Confess if you feel ready or if you feel like it's the right time. It's not always good to do it under pressure, but at the same time you might lose an opportunity.
Also; you never know how the other person might feel. They might as well be in love with you already. So if they feel the same it's a win - win situation.
If they don't feel the same; it's fine too. It'll be easier to get over them once you hear a rejection. You won't have to spend many months or years wondering how they felt about you (if you didn't confess).

Do it. I myself have been rejected twice by 2 people I loved very much, but I don’t regret it. I’d rather have told them and had the pain so that I could learn to move on then spend all that time in misery over someone who will never feel the same.
