So it's okay if Kwon throws away relationships, but Yoon's not allowed to. Kwon has consistently been poking at Yoon, by far the worst was the last thing he told him in this chapter, and is now mad that Yoon is asking for time and space. I'm sorry your feelings got hurt, but suck it up, you've been an insensitive asswipe to everyone else, don't get mad that people don't prfioritize you over themselves.
I really hope Aria doesn't turn out to be a child of an aristocrat. It was nice seeing her as a commoner outwit nobles, and disprove their classist ideas of how nobles are inherently better. But if she turns out to be a noble than it doesn't challenge the idea that commoners are just as capable as nobles if given the same opportunities. Now it's just a noble outsmarting another noble, which is infinitely less interesting.
These stories can't help be classist, as it deal with the monarchy and is indirectly pro-monarchy media, but I didn't think it would be this bad. Nonetheless this is one of the only reincarnation manwha which I'm still invested in and find interesting.

She does turns out to be a noble’s daughter but not in that kingdom. His father was kicked out of the royal family because he was a product of an affair with a noble that was not engaged with his mother. When his father met apple (aria’s mom) he was a fugitive and was about to leave the capital when he met her. He fell in love with her but he couldn’t stay. She didn’t know he was a noble and I think aria’s father didn’t know he had a daughter too but ofc they all found out later and the mom married aria’s dad.
I don't know why everyone is getting punished when it's the red-haired guys fault for not weeding out the corruption in his own knight faction. Obviously he did good on punishing the older knight, but I don't understand why everyone else around him including his blonde assistant are also getting punished. The ML even predicted this would happen but hoped for the best instead of taking precautions. How irresponsible can you be? Not only did the FL get hurt but so many other knights too because he was simping over the same girl he indirectly turned into a target.
I can only assume the punishment is to set an example for the other knights not to start fights. But he also said he chose to cut the wages because it wouldn't stain their reputation and he did it in private, so that doesn't make sense either. It's not that they should've immediately reported it, it's that this situation should've never happened.
Ugh. I have such mixed feelings for the family. I still don't like them because of all the built in resentment of years of neglect and mistreatment, but I also really like to see Penelope having more normal family interactions. Like her bickering with Reynolds is so cute, but he was the worst to her and hasn't even apologized for that.
I've never been in this situation so I really don't know if I would want my family to apologise more reverently and not forgive them which lead me to regret. Or if I would just enjoy and embrace all the familial love as much as I could burying the anger instead of confronting it letting it fester forever.
For real, I still don’t like him no matter how hard the author tries make him look sweet. Let’s not forget that it was his scheme that set the original Penelope down the path of exile. It was his scheme that got everyone to hate her in the first place. I want him to apologize and I don’t want a weak ass apology like the one after the library scene. I want him to confess what he did to the whole household.

Yeah same. Though I feel like he's the closest to actually having a good family relationship with her, since he's the only one who feels genuine. The father did a random 180 which is super unsatisifying and Derrick is just there. I don't really care for Derrick. Reynolds has complex emotions and I like that. I get why he did what he did as a kid, and I think he can really grow from this.
I feel the same, while not to this extent I think we’ve done some whiten things as kids that as we mature or understand the other side are able to grow from and that’s why I like Reynold’s character. Of course, I’ll need more examples of him being good to our FL (hopefully by not betraying her once his biological sister is found) in order to trust him. If that happens, I think he’ll be one of my favorite characters.
Those two that were eavesdropping and doing everything in the power to get a rest for Leticia are the cutest
