Pls, someone spoil what the higher up want from ML cuz they literally trying to make him rampage every single time. They also make a teleportation device by extracting teleport esper power but it was banned cuz they got found out. Bruh.

If I were the higher up, I would make the best guide ever that have 90%+ match rate with everyone and then can control the esper power like 'gurll, I make your love one to be the best guide but you have to let us harvest your powerr.
