My dad isn’t abusive or anything but after a couple drinks he says shit that kinda just makes me feel kinda bad eg. “I’m not gonna pay for the internet”(depends on the situation usually cause I say something he doesn’t like, note that I only have friends online cause we moved to the country).
Tonight he went a bit far: I just recently got a part time job at a place I’m not officially hired at so it’s a little unstable but I’m happy to say I’ve earned some amount of money from it, I used some of that money to buy myself two blocks of chocolate that I thought I could do whatever with cause they’re mine. When I went out to get a line of chocolate from my second block (I had already eaten the first one) my dad told me not to eat any cause I’ve already eaten one block, I told him that I haven’t eaten that much (one line a day which could be right could be wrong I have a terrible memory) he then went out of his way to get up and count how many lines where in a block when I had already started going back to my room after telling him I hadn’t eaten that much, he then went off about me eating that much chocolate but oh well so what I had eaten quite a bit if I think about it so I went back to my room but my dad followed me. I got kinda pissed cause the way he talks makes it sound he was insulting me so I told him he was basically calling me a pig, he didn’t like that and told me he would throw out the chocolate that I paid for with my own money so I got even more pissed and told him to suck a dick he then said “you go suck a dick” and when I replied with what he said “women were bred to do that anyway”. After yelling at him and telling him that he told me women were bred to suck dick he got really mad and started yelling about me saying I was terrible at school and how I always lie to get out of school, he also said I had no friends cause I can’t take peoples opinions using the example “if someone said they didn’t like the colour green she’d say fuck you”, he called my online friends bullshit and said that I didn’t do any research on the ducklings I wanted to hatch (I researched on the ducklings not full grown ducks, I was planing on doing that while they’re in the incubator). The week before he also joked that I should start paying for soft drink and the like myself even though my job isn’t stable and I might not be called back in cause I’m only a replacement.
He thinks he hasn’t said anything wrong. I’m pretty sure one of his reasons for thinking like this is cause he was brought up by his grandparents and lived on the streets when he was the same age as me so he thinks he’s fine to say that cause he’s looking after me unlike how his dad didn’t look after him, but that doesn’t make him a saint? I just dunno how to deal with him I think he’s getting back into the habit of drinking too much cause I’ve heard my parents fighting more often and it’s usually only when he’s drunk (when my mums drunk he just yells at her and ignores her instead of continuing).
What should I do?

I’ve gotten super back into otome games but I don’t have money so I’m basically limited to mobile and the occasional pc otome games. I’m super picky when it comes to love interests and games tho so I’ll give a list of my demands:
1. No rapey love interests; what do I mean by rapey love interests? Rapey love interests in my book are characters who force intimacy eg. forced kisses, forced closeness(hugs, pinning to walls, ect) unless it was suggested by my choices
2. Loveable characters; far too many times have I found characters who are purely cliches and aren’t even done well so I’d like some who aren’t like that and are enjoyable to watch/interact with
3. No limit/strict limit on chapters; meaning it’s not just one chapter or five parts per day, no strict limit meaning I can’t play one after another but maybe after some time I can play again or I have to play mini games to continue

I wanna write a magical girl esque thing but more ritualistic and I need some names for things.
Ok before we start let me tell you a little about the world it’s not very complicated so it won’t take long; this world is filled with creatures who are categorised into three things that I need names for;
Category 1 are creatures who come directly from another realm, they’re the strongest of the three categories and can come in any shape or form be it humanoid or otherwise.
Category 2 are creatures created from humans, they can be made from humans, by humans or are in association with human emotions/fears/ect. They usually come to be from a single person wanting/feeling/fearing something so extreme.
Category 3 are creatures that can be summoned. They aren’t particularly malicious in any way but summoning them has been outlawed. They also can’t do anything strong on their own and need a human/animal/objects to connect themselves to if they want to be able to actually do anything.
(You can skip this next part)
Because of these creatures appearing crime runs rampant and our main character wants to change that (pretty cliche so far so it shouldn’t be hard to think of names) but our mc is also physically unable to do any fighting so she gave up on that dream and decided to follow her friends dream instead. Her friend wanted to enter the entertainment industry and got in by being scouted for a girl group (this is where mcs magical girl theme comes in with costumes/ect she uses). The story starts when the mc gets in a fight with her friend over the fact that she doesn’t actually want to be an idol and how she actually wants to go out and help but her friend stops her; saying that they are helping by brightening peoples days and how they can’t do anything about people dying, to leave it be and to start learning the next routine. Pushed to the edge by being told she can’t do anything and by the recent rise in crime she summons one of those creatures we need names for, this creature is summonable so it’s only a category 3. This thing attached itself to a myriad of different weapons excluding guns (creatures who have the ability to change into different shapes have to learn how they work, what they’re made of and ect) so that’s how our mc ends up fighting, she uses her skills as an idol along with her creatures ability to change form into different weapons.

It’s pretty simple and I can figure it out as I go I just need names for these things:
-The city/country where mc lives
-Names for all three categories
-Names for side characters (cause this isn’t set in an actual country it doesn’t have to be of any specific nationality. eg: mcs name is Hyun-Ae [korean] and creatures name is Eilian [welsh] )
And advise on how to write fight scenes.

TLDR; mc is some sort of magical girl looking vigilante who fights using a creature who has the ability to change into different weapons and I need names for the things stated just above^^

I love writing but I kinda suck at it when it comes to plot and mapping out a story so I just really want some advice on how to do so ;;

Ok so I kinda wanna play resident evil village but I know absolutely nothing about it and have never played any of the games so I’m gonna ask some questions:
When I looked it up it says that it’s a (direct, I’m assuming) sequel to resident evil biohazard, do I have to play 7 to understand and enjoy 8? Or is it easy enough to understand by context clues and ect to play by itself?
Is it story driven to the point where I won’t enjoy the game if I watch play throughs of it?
And is it a genuinely good game (atmosphere, gameplay, controls, ect.)?
I’d prefer if answers were purely unbiased cause biases usually paint things either better or worse than it is. Thank you <3
