It is quite confusing. I got more clarity as I read the next chapters so I went back to check out my thoughts.

I thought that the emperor didn't treat Blondina nicely since she didn't inherit her mothers eye color: which I suspect to be gold. But that still makes him a scum.

So, I went back. The emperor said that Blondina's mother had blonde hair but no abilities. However, he still fell for her. Not for her heritage. Thus, he went back to fight for the throne in order to have the power to protect them(maybe cause she has blond hair & golden eyes/only by becoming the emperor of that country that is crazy for those hair and eye color can he protect them).

Is the reason why he is desperately searching for blonde golden, golden eyes is because Blondina's mother doesn't have abilities? I don't question why he is looking for them, I was questioning why he would look for them when he already knows someone with blonde hair, golden eyes.

Why didn't the descendent come sooner if they wanted to help? Maybe the information about scaring Shinsu was cut off. But, it could also be that they don't want to disturb Shinsu, whom their ancestor had good relationship with.

I'm thinking that Queen Athena(MC's mother) was kinda like the emperor and has a harem.

Those four dads of hers are probably the harem she has. So, that is why there are 4 candidates that may be her biological father.

That spy talks as if Queen Athena is the ruler of the country, that is why I have this suspicion.
