When I was a kid reading this, the black organization was a menace. Now, I come back after 15 years, quickly skimming through the cases, only for me to realize its a joke. This is why you dont milk a story, adding unnecessary plots.
since the start of Bourbon's saga everything is an unnecessary plot and the main plot has stopped making sense when half the Organization members introduced either died or are spies.
And the others are just stereotypical bad guys (not vermouth though) with no hierarchy or explanation on how the Organization works
