A yaoi about friends to lovers cant remember the title

I cant remeber what the title was. But it was about to friends who I think are in collage. The uke has a hard time getting girlfriends.
While his friend can easily get any girl he wants.
The uke finally gets a girlfriend but she dumped him.

It turns out the seme was seducing the girlfirends or girls away from the uke.
The seme has medium black hair and glasses while the uke has blond hair.
