The reincarnation of Licht appeared in the battle in chapter 202, the forbidden magic of reincarnation was followed in order to achieve a full version of Licht and a claim of the bodies to the elves souls. Licht's isn't full awakened yet he fought the devil as shown in 204 that he tricked both of the Prince and the leader of the elves. "the Licht that is inside of him" most probably referring to half of licht's genes lol (genetics if you know of it). Yun was loved by mana the moment the wind spirit chose him, not to mention that his human side prevailed when he broke the stupor of the incarnation of elves. The hints are much deeper than just *Ohh Yuno is the reincarnation of Licht* and the Japanese original manga explains it better
