Okay while it's nice and all that they "made up" or whatever, I'm still pissed off that the situation hasn't been and likely won't be properly adressed. Sang Hwa blames himself for something that wasn't his fault and Mirae (if I spelled it wrong my bad) doesn't apologize or anything he's just like "it's because I like you". There's no excuse for his actions and it wouldn't even be fine if he apologized, but it would have been something. I'm also pissed off that they immediately had sex after I mean of course it's to be expected with these kinds of manhwa but it's still disappointing. Whether or not their feelings are mutual, they're completely glossing over a situation which would have been detrimental in a real relationship and it's super frustrating. I really wish the author didn't put in such an unecessary situation because there's no excuse for it and it just makes everything afterwards 10x more awkward.

This was so unecessary, I'm incredibly disappointed in the writing. There was no reason for him to do that? Sang Hwa isn't at fault here, he's lying because he doesn't want to be hated and it's an understandable thing to do even if it's frustrating. Sang Hwa lying does no justify assault/attempted rape in any way shape or form though. No matter how strongly he felt about Sang Hwa lying there is no excuse for his actions. I'm really upset with this especially because I doubt it'll be treated properly by the characters. This was such an unecessary addition if the author wanted more drama, there were so many other things they could have done that weren't this. It's really disappointing that they spent all that time developing and explaining how the felt about eachother only to include this assault and to have him blame Sang Hwa for things that aren't his fault.

I'm reading it (caught up at ch 3) but I don't understand at all it's so disconnected in my opinion and the dialogue doesn't flow enough for the story to come together... the basic idea is there sure but it lacks substance imo :/

The story is meant to be like that...the pieces come together as you read...whether it will turn out to actually be a good story in the end we'll see

Whether it's meant to be like that or not, isn't it bad writing to leave readers so confused though? Of course I could just be more stupid than the average reader, but usually in stories where it's supposed to come together as you read it, it at least gives off that sense and is comprehensive with what's given, but I don't really get that from this one it just feels like poor execution

If it's a bad writing it'll depend on how the story develops and on the finale. I'm also pretty confused, but if the author will add what is missing in the next chapters then it's ok

It's cute but I wish mc would treat Natsuki more like a guy and didn't have this clear disconnect between his perceived version of Natsuki as a guy but not really and him when he isn't cross-dressing, it just makes his feelings seem disingenuous

What does it mean to treat someone like a guy? How does one do that?

I guess treating him like a guy is the wrong way to put it, but he treats Natsuki in the stereotypical way one would treat a girl and it's clear that he doesn't fully see Natsuki as a guy, so he treats him differently than he would treat one of his male friends. I don't think that people should be treated differently based on their sex, but that's how the mc is treating Natsuki

    Miss Nightingale June 14, 2020 7:51 pm

Yes there is a difference in the way the mc treats Natsuki compared to how he would treat other friends but I believe that's because the mc LIKES Natsuki in a romantic way, the mc has a crush on him/her so putting myself in the shoes of someone whose intentions are to get the other person to corre

To correspond my feelings I would also treat them in a different more caring way, more affectionate too

What I meant to say here was that if I were in the same situation as the main character, I would also show my love for the person I like in that way regardless of their gender, I would treat them with care and affection which is the way some men treat women as if they wanted to show they can take care of them (something like that, English is not my first language xD )

That's fair, I can understand where you're coming from
