I don't think Kazuya or whatever, slept with tthe younger brother, at least in this time line, maybe did it when he was the tutor or maybe he couldn't cause Itsuki rejected him back then.

I believe even the brother knew the teacher was obsessed with him, not in love. Why? The second volume starts WITH the breaking up scene and it does a flashback to when he tried to sleep with Itsuki (Younger brother) just after they kissed in the car, but he couldn't do it. This part is where everyone is going nuts cause they think he tried to stay with Itsuki, but no, it's a flashback of what's going on after the car scene and when they left to a motel. Then we have the scene of him acting as if he was running to see the angel we all love but whose name I just forgot (;n;) Miki? And he was frustrated to the point of pushing him and have sex, because he couldn't do it with the brother. Then the scene where the blonde friend saw Itsuki going out of the motel is, again, after the failed attempt.
I read this like years ago, never the English version tho, but I've seen the raws enough times to try to understand everything that's going on and a lot of translations I did with an app.

Also, at the end we can see the parents apologising to M, it's tiny but it's there lol. I think this is not enough, I mean they put one brother before the other and I'm not a parent but I think that fucked up haha.
