it's not a job, it's their hobby. There are people who do have it as a job and it has an official release on tapas. So if you want to demand quality, maybe you should go read it there (where many chapters are free btw) and support the artist and the people that do it for jobs instead of demanding a different group of people start doing it for free just for you.
