One Piece - the moment Ace died my heart was broken for the first time for 2 weeks and when I re-saw the scene, I always cried.

Weak Hero - I felt that there are people who suffer a lot and that when I think about my problems I even feel pathetic compared to them.

Skip Beat - made me think that it is possible to find true love.

Embarrassing to admit but I used to be sort of transphobic. There was this girl who was trans and she used to get bullied at my school for being open about it. I never reached out to help her even though I should've. I didn't understand and just listened to the people around me. Then I stumbled on this story and it made me rethink everything. I'm much more left leaning than I ever was before and have started reading up on a lot of LGBT politics and history. Completely changed me. (sorry for tangent lol)

kind of strange and pretentious but
assassination classroom had a chapter where karma apologizes for something to lie to his opponent, and that made me realize that in life i'm going to have to apologize even when i'm not in the wrong :(

however doing it over and over again is bad for your mental health! I got really stressed-- apologizing too much will make people expect your apology. when apologizing, if its someone youre close to make sure you elaborate ^^

eg. i'm sorry if it felt like I was ganging up on you with ____, i didn't mean for that to happen, and that wasn't my intent. however i'm upset that you told them they were pushing all the work on you and using their health as an excuse to get out of work. Im sorry that it was so frustrating for you, and i'll try to help you out. but please don't say that ____'s asthma isn't serious, since it's very hurtful for them.

The only “yuri” manga(manhua) I’ve read is Tamen de Gushi. It’s more shoujo ai and it’s still updating but I love it

I don't read this manga but from baka-updates and the Enlgish wikipedia: I believe the first Kaiji anime covers Part 1 (Mokushiroku which is the first 13 volumes). Then the second (and last) anime covers Part 2 (Hakairoku which is the next 13 volumes: voulmes 14-26). So you should go to Part 3 which is Datenroku and starts in volume 27. There are currently 71 volumes and it's ongoing.
