What is a manga that you believe changed your view on life or just made you think differently in some way?

Several manga have changed my perspective.
But those who had the most influence were.
One Piece - the moment Ace died my heart was broken for the first time for 2 weeks and when I re-saw the scene, I always cried.
Weak Hero - I felt that there are people who suffer a lot and that when I think about my problems I even feel pathetic compared to them.
Skip Beat - made me think that it is possible to find true love.

Walk On Water made me see the porn business differently and more realistically
Nii-chan showed pedophilia incredibly real and it hit hard for me
Here U Are made me think about how hard it is for gay people to start genuine relationships
Killing Stalking made me understand the science between stockholm syndrome (not by itself but it got me interested in it and I researched)

Embarrassing to admit but I used to be sort of transphobic. There was this girl who was trans and she used to get bullied at my school for being open about it. I never reached out to help her even though I should've. I didn't understand and just listened to the people around me. Then I stumbled on this story and it made me rethink everything. I'm much more left leaning than I ever was before and have started reading up on a lot of LGBT politics and history. Completely changed me. (sorry for tangent lol)

I don’t think that far for life and see life differently by reading manga. But Ruca from http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/alpha_ga_alpha_wo_daku_houhou/
made me feel inspired to do the best and better service i can give in a customer service, his ambitious towards his job made me feel stuff i didn’t as a simple worker in customer service.

Embarrassing to admit but I used to be sort of transphobic. There was a transgender girl who used to go to my school and she got bullied for being open about her gender identity. I never reached out to her even though I should have, I turned a blind eye because I didn't understand. I thought we were "different" and listened to my peers. Then I stumbled upon this story and it changed a lot for me. It was the first push ig. I completely re-thinked everything. Now I'm more left leaning than ever and continue to try and educate myself daily tbh. I have a lot to thank for this story lol.

kind of strange and pretentious but
assassination classroom had a chapter where karma apologizes for something to lie to his opponent, and that made me realize that in life i'm going to have to apologize even when i'm not in the wrong :(
however doing it over and over again is bad for your mental health! I got really stressed-- apologizing too much will make people expect your apology. when apologizing, if its someone youre close to make sure you elaborate ^^
eg. i'm sorry if it felt like I was ganging up on you with ____, i didn't mean for that to happen, and that wasn't my intent. however i'm upset that you told them they were pushing all the work on you and using their health as an excuse to get out of work. Im sorry that it was so frustrating for you, and i'll try to help you out. but please don't say that ____'s asthma isn't serious, since it's very hurtful for them.
^i don't advise using this on an employer tho-- use with caution orz

http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/heartless/ I'm not sure if it is something like this that you search, but this is the darkest manga I've ever read but it was really good :'>

It was about a disease/parasite that was like a worm or something and I think it started killing by messing with peoples’ eyes. The main characters were two police officers/detectives and one was male while the other was female.

Sorry, I feel like this isn't the one but I got reminded of this one that I think you might enjoy http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/emerging/mr/emerging/1/

Anyone know what part of the Kaiji manga takes place after where the anime leaves off?

I don't read this manga but from baka-updates and the Enlgish wikipedia: I believe the first Kaiji anime covers Part 1 (Mokushiroku which is the first 13 volumes). Then the second (and last) anime covers Part 2 (Hakairoku which is the next 13 volumes: voulmes 14-26). So you should go to Part 3 which is Datenroku and starts in volume 27. There are currently 71 volumes and it's ongoing.
What’s a manga that had you so invested that you read it all in one day?
Requiem of the rose king
Tried reading in one day:
Baraou no souretsu
Migi and dali
Haikyuu
20th century boys
never understand
