Murderer Llewellyn's enchanting dinner invitation
I have complicated feelings about this one. On one hand, it was definitely a well-formulated plot and that is something to be commended for in the yaoi world. However, I didn't feel especially drawn to it? There was a lot of filler episodes (imo) and upon reflecting on the main plot points, it can be drawn to a few key scenes. And in a way, the characters felt static? I think I'm being too harsh on that one though, but I would've liked to see more of their developments in the end, creating new communities for themselves and stuff? On another note, a commenter mentioned that them escaping in the cold winter was a bit unrealistic and I agree. I think it would've been interesting to see, or at least ponder, that the end might've just been a figment of their imagination. Overall, enjoyable read, but unfortunately I had way too high of an expectation coming in. I'm happy they got their happy ending though :)!
