Very nice story! I see some of the comments pointing out the whole 15 years wasted and honestly I lowkey agree but at least the couple are finally together! I remember reading real-life stories of one who wanted to confess their love but it was too late. Like one was a grandpa who hide their sexuality during his youth (WW2 times) and never confess their love to another man. The grandpa later found out in present times that the another man passed away. So I feel like "hey 15 years has been wasted but at least this couple are still alive and can make happy memories so its a happy ending!" Just shows that "go for it before you end up regretting it!" lol I'm pretty sure someone can word it better than I did but yeah! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I really love both seme yakuza and uke doctor like the doctor is very professional about the whole medical procedure and setting boundaries about doctor/patient stuff while yakuza is being very cute about his pursuit to uke's heart <3 I hope uke's parents call isn't too serious tho at the end... Just want to say thank you translator for the confession culture in Japan since I never knew that. I was so confused because if someone confesses their genuine feelings to me, my automatic reaction would be to kindly reject (if I don't reciprocate) to be respectful and not give false hopes. So reading the translation note makes sense now, thank you! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
