same, this chapter felt super unconsensual and made me really uncomfy... to be honest, i dont think those scenerios should be considered hot or attractive whatsoever. really didnt like the last couple chapters, smh :/
Right!! I loved the consent and communication in their relationship...it really grew into a beautiful one throughout the story. but this is upsetting. Ilyan is going through a lot mentally and physically and Kyle knows that. I hope he apologizes to ilyan when he’s actually conscious to hear it some serious amends need to be made IMO

honestly, considering the type of characters they are, this is legit written perfectly. it isn’t that they dislike each other, it isn’t that they aren’t communicating in this moment it’s that they’re coming from 2 different places with two different backgrounds and with two different approaches to relationships. yes they understand each other and even if they see the other person acting out of ordinary doesn’t mean they know how to react especially when in the heat of the moment. perfect way this argument would have gone with an understanding of what they know, how they feel, and how they’re reacting
