AYO but keep in mind i didn’t translate anything just looked through the panels but basically mc and ml met when ml was younger, but only ml remembers their interaction. mc saved ml from his abusive dad and didn’t reunite until now. so when he said he just randomly picked him out of everyone off the street to sleep with, he was lying cause we then see that they’ve actually met before. anyway mc leaves ml’s house for a bit which ml ain’t so happy about and when he gets home, they share a drink together, which ml drugged. mc tries dipping but collapses, we get a lil bit of a their backstory, the overused rape scene, nothing out of the norm. mc tries fighting back, ml puts a collar on him and basically keeps him sedated/drugged for the rest of the time they’re together and mc is terrified of him.

this is based off of other comments, I haven’t actually read the novel myself but someone said that kwon ido’s older brother raped the MC in the past (before the time regression). so that’s why his body is getting all queasy and reacting that way.
