I've been wanting to reread this certain yaoi, and if I remember correctly it went something like this. Student council president (seme) gets hit by a car or someone on a bike? in front of the school and when he wakes up from the accident he suddenly likes his schoolmate (Uke). Everyone is worried why he all of a sudden likes this person.

I recently reread Kimi to no Dogfight and was suddenly feeling the urge to reread another manga where it's kind of similar I think not sure, but it was about the Uke (main character) was into playing games and Seme(boyfriend) would cosplay some of the characters the uke liked. Something like that. If anyone can figure this out that'd be amazing <3
I love that manga(≧∀≦),however I know this manga but it is not yaoi,sorry.It is about an older brother who likes to cosplay as a woman.His father remarried to a french woman and she brought her son to Japan to stay with them.When the younger brother(french)saw the girl(cosplay),he suddenly fell in love at first sight with him.It's comedy btw
