This manga is serialized in Canna Magazine (www.c-canna.jp) which releases every two month. Chapter 3.5=Canna vol 62, which came out in ~Oct 29, 2018.
Chapter 4 (technically the 5th chapter) will be in Canna vol 63, which will be out in Dec 25, 2018 (or Dec 28). The first volume (tankoubon version) I suppose will be out in the first half of 2019. (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
Above is the schedule for the Japanese RAWS. As for English scanlation schedule, I have no idea. The current sole scanlator, sennoakatsuki, is apparently strongly against her translation being distributed to other sites so she might not share her work publicly, only with a small group she chooses.... or so I've heard.
