I can't take these noon scan translations anymore. Sure you can get the gist of it, but they cut off chapters or just add pages from previous chapters. It's so f*cking annoying and I'm just gonna give up on this story until better translations are uploaded. It's a shame because the story is really interesting but the scan team is ruining it for everyone.
Honestly, I think there's just a big miscommunication problem between the two. The emperor probably just couldn't keep it in his pants cuz the uke cute as f*ck and it came across as him tormenting the uke.
