Definitely worth reading. Specially if you're watching the anime
Translation quality maintains, thankfully. The story might be a bit wordy or boring in some arcs, but honestly the world-building is as interesting as the actions.

Is it worth reading NOW? Depends if you can be patient enough to follow it chapter by chapter. As of the current chapter 122, we are in the middle of volume 10 of LN, and we still have 11 more LN volumes to go.
If you can't stand cliffhangers, I suggest you read it by arcs. Some arcs can be purely world-building, and some others can be chock-full of actions.
OR. You can just watch the anime. While it doesn't fully show or follow everything in LN or even manga, the basics are all there, and they're faithful to the main plots. Currently only ONE episode left in season 3, I think.
Love the illustration and the pacing but the plot's kinda getting repetitive. The king gets sick --> the queen saves him --> he falls in love

Im 99.9% sure he won't be the ML but it'd be so cute if they ended up together. I wish there could be multiple endings with the FL ending up with each ML but this is a manhwa not a game
