i love the plot and world building in this as it reminds me of apothecary diaries where both MCs are forced into a predicament but through their own unique abilities and self-drive they're able to tackle most obstacles that come their way. but i guess maybe im just thirsty because in both series i desperately want more romance scenes/development with the main romantic leads. its like picking through a really good meal just to get to the best/most delicious parts of it that the chef seems to skimp out on
