guys...this is a seinen, ecchi manga. it's aimed towards young adult men. the target audience most probably already knows that smoking is bad for them. if anything, the premise is kinda clever considering that nicotine is addicting, and obviously this moe-ified personification of nicotine pushing the main character to continue smoke is re-establishing it's addicting quality (based on the first few pages of the 1st chapter).
but yh thnx for coming to my literary analysis on a damn ecchi manga pls stop complaining about bs kbye
tfw everyone else seems bothered by how kenji treats yoshito other than yoshito himself. yoshito seems fine with how kenji treats him, so why are the rest of you so bothered? idk what you guys are expecting from a tsundere, literally the definition of this character type is to be hot and cold towards the person they like.
no matter how much you guys complain, its pretty clear that the mangaka plans to stick to keeping his character the same. its also PRETTY CLEAR yoshito likes kenji for being himself, regardless if his personality is seen as shitty by other people, so taking away his personality, what is he attracted to other than his face? idk why you're bringing up real life examples for a fictional story and characters, but even if my friend was being treated like shit, its not MY PLACE to try and screw with their relationship if they're both content with their relationship.
Kenji used to get hurt by his ex before, the guy got married with another girl
that is why he starting to close his heart and doesnt know how to express his love to others
There is no point of blaming him
Yoshito understands that, that's why when he heard from Yuuji about the marriage stuff, he came to see Kenji and hug him
guess im the only one who actually enjoys hyesung and dojin's relationship. their relationship is unconventional because the reason as to why they got together(unplanned pregnancy when they barely knew each other) was equally unconventional. it would be odd, unrealistic, and illogical to have hyesung act as though he was head over heels for dojin just because they had a child together. also i think alot of people forget that hyesung is a massive tsundere, so him acting lovey-dovey outside his "dere" moments would be out of character lmao
if you don't like how the author is depicting Dojin and Hyesung's relationship then stop reading this manhwa???? some people actually enjoy stories that have some depth in them and aren't just sunshines, rainbows, and lightsaber-lollipops up assholes. and for the love of God; stop the debate as to whether it was r*pe or not. this entire story can't be judged on the rules/morality of our own world considering the fact that the people in the story don't even share our same fucking anatomy, which is based entirely around throwing the concept of consent out the window for BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED.
They have alot of problems because they never formed a relationship from loving eachother from the get go. They had a child together, and their relationship formed around that. Every relationship shouldnt be depicted as lovey-dovey diabetes, and it would be unrealistic and unreasonable to expect the author to depict the main couple in this way. despite how they (or at least Hyesung) acts towards eachother, they clearly don't hate eachother, otherwise they wouldn't of gotten married.
Thank you for saying that. I agree with comments saying rape is often romanticized in yaoi (or fiction in general)..But I dunno, applying 2019 morals on omegaverse seems a bit off. There is supposedly a biological/chemical/whatever background to these genders and their behaviour.
It might be just a convenient excuse authors came up with. But even if that is so, you knew beforehand what you got into. So you don't like omegaverse dynamics, you think it is forceful - just don't read the tag.
Yes! Thank you! There's like a bunch of stories that is way more twisted.
