Jinyao stored Yi Yun's sperm somewhere in order for him to believe Rourou was his child. Now the auntie has found Yi Yun's sperm and she thinks it's Jinyao's which he has stored under a different name and she stole it to have it fertilised. This means Yi Yun will have a biological child now I guess.
