this was all around terrible (in a good way) dreary, envelope-pushing and very captivating. first time actually investing my time in a comic and SO glad I found this title. even though I don't remember how I did exactly. no complaints at all. i'd give it 5 stars. if this was sold at my local book store or something, guarantee Id have this right on the shelf with my collection of horror novels. and if this author ever makes something else, id read that too.
i like killing stalking too but the amount of people acting like theyre actual people is TOO DAMN HIGH. its entertainment. discuss it, predict stuff analyse whats going on, whatever. that's fine. but this comment section is acting like they personally know bum and sangwoo. they aren't real. while human violence is realistic, this isn't happening in real time. if you take entertainment so seriously to the point where youre getting heated over it, maybe get outside a little more. that's the equivelent of discussing movies and saying casually "Hannibal is my fave villain cuz hes one classy MF." and then getting screamed at. "he killed and ate people! what is your problem?! don't you know there are actually people out there who cannibalize others?! youre sick! >:( id kinda look at them sideways.

i think the pills/bums gift will come into play very soon. as well as that marriage vow that if sangwoo dies, bum would kill himself. I think sangwoo will end up killing him and then find the gift and the missing pills. and it would switch. bum is dead and sangwoo cant deal with it so he kills himself, possibly on that tree. and that would be his "most painful death." I think he'll end up being successful in killing seungbae too, but by the time his cop friend gets suspicious and puts the pieces together, sangwoo's dead and gone. a big mish mash of "youre a minute too late."
I don't think bum did anything bad to sangwoo here. I feel like he kept looking in the medicine box for the rat poison to sadly reminisce and get lost in the past on how he almost killed sangwoo with it. and that he WOULDNT want to now. the lost pill was probably when he dropped them and one rolled away. but im not sure. the story's been screwed up all throughout so maybe bum is really trying to kill him. would be quite the sick twist. or sangwoos gonna kill bum and find the missing pill after the fact. if this ends in any other way than a murder suicide id be very shocked at this point.
this chapter was unsettling at some parts. though I HATE to say this because killing stalking itself is about as romantic as a fart in a shoe, this chapter pulled at the heartstrings. it was romantic. sangwoo literally acted like a deceived crushed husband believing he was cheated on. he looked ready to cry a few times and imagined him having sex with her. and why was bum so happy? I really think its gonna be something super romantic like a wedding ring. just a prediction. I was expecting a demented ending, but theres a part of me thats kinda scared this is going to end lovey dovey. i hope not because this doesnt deserve it. Not after this whole time of trying to be as disturbing as possible and then end up a cute ass romantic ending. Now THAT would be shocking and a huge "fuck you." thinking youre reading a horror when the whole damn time it was really just an edgy gay version of beauty and the beast.
i legit only come to this site to read KS, lol. all i gotta say is this is kickass. and i don't say that too often about manga because its not really my thing. but this has me on the edge of my seat OMG. cant wait till ch 58. also we're definitely getting to a climax. shits unraveling fast. the gore factor is shocking yes, but i think the fact its focusing more on gradual mental deterioration and trauma now is actually making it more interesting and disturbing.
love this book. the story, the art, everything. very unique, disturbing and almost trippy. even own the paperback. I collect oddities and stuff, and keep it on a shelf with some other strange art pieces. nishioka kyoudai is an amazing artist all together though. their works are like taking a Picasso painting and making it terrifying, adding a dark, poetic yet numb narration. their stuff is definately for people into horror and the macabre, manga lovers or not. this one will be my all time fave from them though.
