hmm so like leo went to that place so he could do the deeds (with reiji) all while imagining its yuji (his unrequited love). idk if reiji likes leo but they are not really dating (i think?) but they did become fuck buddies and reiji is aware hes only a replacement for yuji since they're twins. yuji then got caught up in a misunderstanding and went to "work" at that place. yuji didnt know it was leo who did him so he thought by going to that place again, it will eventually cure his anthrophobia (when its just leo who touched him so thats probably why he didnt feel uneasy) and then when reiji found out yuji has been taking his place at work, he asked yuji what he's doing there and then told him leo is his boyfriend lol (because he wanted to "ruin the situation" hes jealous of his own twin brother getting attention from leo) then the incest scene, reiji touched yuji to "help" him (because apart from leo, reiji also can touch yuji) and when yuji refused (because they are brothers), he brought yuji to the room leo's sleeping in and "gave his permission as leo's boyfriend" to touch him and do the deeds with him. so now yuji actually likes leo (but he isnt even aware of his feelings himself), leo too likes him but has to maintain the good childhood friend act and reiji on the other hand, is jealous of the attention yuji gets from their parents and leo hence the reason he purposefully told yuji leo is his boyfriend
