Im pretty sure the torture is later when he's imprisoned. This was just a hint that his vision could get bad because of such strain.

I understand that the art style was getting better from the first chapters, but when I go back to early chapters they look so different like they looked rougher and bulkier, now they look so thin and their features are somehow softer, it kinda makes me feel like I'm reading a different manhwa. But still a very nice story and the character development is perfect
I think this is an occurrence with all digitally created webtoons.
It's literally killing me. I don't recognize them at all. They used to look so unique and masculine. The artist is now making them look like teens. I really don't know why they do that. I don't think the fans have ever complained about their appearance so why on earth they took this decision? I feel deprived of one of my favorite BL. I keep reading it but it just doesn't feel the same anymore
