I've never been so far in reading a manga and still be bored, confused, and not give a single damn about the plot. They keep introducing new people, but everyone looks alike physically and they are all obsessed with the MC, but he is not interesting at all either.

I believe the grandfather knows he's a man, but his grandson loves him. I remember when they said his family has tried many times to fool him before with actual girls. Even in his old age he seems sharp, and just trying to live the reminder of his life in peace, even if he knows it's a lie.

I truly believe the grandfather's family believes he doesn't know. As much as they love him, he's old, and has been in search of a woman(and her grandchild) that he had some kind of vague connection a long time ago that the family knows died. From their POV, they probably just think he's senile or just a lonely, bored, retired (rich ass fuck) old man holding onto the past for whatever reason.

Also Yoonsung's sister-in-law already noted "I thought the whole getup would look comical. But it's not too bad" added to that she even said "Does Yoonsung really not know?". It's because she knows through her husband the whole deal.
I believe at some point Hakyung really does look like feminine in terms of body frame. Also, don't forget that in the current timeline, there are bar customers hitting on him be it a man or woman.

This manga is so confusing that it's boring. How can the make a manga about cults and cannibalism feel boring. I can't bring myself to care about a single character. Does this still count as Yaoi? It guess it has a "plot", and all the men introduced are obsessed with the MC, but even if he looks young ( I guess) He is still older than all the other men.

This story just makes me feel gross. I can usually get past unpleasant feelings when reading, but there is no plot and even the sex scenes have been purely just plain rape after rape. I almost forgot about the zombies. I had hope for it, but I may just drop this one.
16 chapters of straight fucking and I believe one or two days from being strangers. I feel exhausted like I the one doing it . I hope they get back to the plot sooner or later.
