The story is more about her changing her destiny and becoming a doctor instead of the "evil" lady she was in her first life. She can be independent and in a relationship, she achieved a lot of titles in the end!! (like genuinely, she has an entire list of titles at the end)
Either way, its a really good and cute story!! maybe you should give it a chance, i think it wont disappoint. An anime of it also came out recently!

They’re all kind of intertwined with each other but I think the officials were placed before the unofficial chapters so that means you’ll be reading the official chapters when you start. As of rn, there’s 95 officials so after that starts the old one and you can just skip ahead of those and start at chapter 96 of the unofficials (sorry if it doesn’t make sense)
I heard that the Emperor just apologized to his son and that’s it. He didn’t suffer at all. That btch should have suffered the same way as the Empress. Just poor writing. It got resolved then they got married and became the Emperor. The crown isn’t the solution here. Etienne should have leave the country like he always planned. This is so tiring now... With this new girl, that's 4 girls now that was introduced to really make Akane jealous or insecure again...like are we going to the same trope over and over again? This isn't the only problem that is happening in a relationship so I don't know why the author is leaning into this so much. Yamada Akito, you better not fuckkk this up. y'know how Akane felt before from the other girls, not to mention with her ex ditching her with another gamer girl.

so the first one was technically runa, who is eita’s younger sis and she was territorial over yamada bc she didnt like her friend group expanding. the second is tsubaki, the glasses girl in this ch who is high school classmates w yamada. third is the college classmate of yamada? i forgot her name but she was crying when they first met. and this new girl at the end would be the fourth :3
