Anyways the novel does a better job of explaining but Lyle doesn’t hate or dislike anything Ash does to him in bed, he’s still not used to expressing himself. He was raised to not show his true emotions because that could be a sign of weakness. And remember he started the relationship with ash because he hated sex and was sick of doing it during ruts to the point that he couldn’t cum, so he’s not used to the idea of enjoying it and doing stuff that isn’t “proper”. Yeah, he’s been dating ash for a while but for anyone who can relate to being closed off and having low self esteem like him, it can take a really long time to change that
