I thought it might be a femdom webtoon where the ladies have their way with a guy... but it's not, apparently. I remember there's this smutty BG romance book where the guy is pining for a dom (woman) who only wants to ride on his face and do pegging, she always has a mask on and he doesn’t know who she really is.... she wanted a strictly NSA relationship but he fell in love with her. Can we get a webtoon like that?
I was attracted to the BL fanservice cover then did a double take at the shoujo genre. Ack, just like in that infinite flow/gaming CN novel that has a BG late romance subplot, The Devil's Cage. I was excited by the "boy" x boy romantic undertones (of that book). I think the Devil's Cage is way more shameless in terms of queerbaiting because the author never said there'd be romance in the summary at all. So the No Romance Reader Squad generally gets devastated at the very end if the book if they never bother to check the tags or reviews. Moral of the story... always check the tags!!!
I think they were first uploaded onto T platform, prior to it started to censor a lot of shit (prior to Webtoon taking off in the English market). Then the author was selling the ebooks and I was really excited to buy them XD
Actually in addition to Line Webtoon, there are 145 episodes for free on T platform. And it was there I found the creator's Patreon account, where you can pay for access to the NSFW: https://www.patreon.com/mistercharles
You can read it via MTL at https://www.gongzicp.com/novel-15984.html
Usually novels on Changpei aren't censored shounen ai (at least all the ones I've read are various NSFW stuff lol), I think the manhua version removed the yaoi and mature parts (at least that's my guess). To read on Changpei with MTL you have to copy/paste into Google or Deepl by using a reading extension like Clearly on your browser or some other method of copy/paste like on your phone using Brave browser.
I think the novel can be read for free, but I've only tried the first few chapters so far.
I wish T platform would go get f*cked by a horde of gay zombies, their content has gotten so extremely shitty in recent years. The T version of this webtoon started uploads at around ch 16 or so, the white washed Western names disgust me to death. It's a Korean comic, what's wrong with using Korean names??? Is this really even shounen ai or did it get changed to suit T platform's prudish tastes? I'm still f*cking pissed as hell that T platform ate so much of my money years ago but now all the content I bought was censored or outright removed and re-uploaded to Patreon. Stupid censoring asshats, why is everyone on the internet joining the happy river crab censorship dance with China? Even Reddit is self-censoring a ton of shit.
Prior to them being changed to upload on T platform, most of the popular BL, queer etc comics by authors outside of Asia was done on Smackjeeves. It's a shame that site was bought out by a Korean company and went to shite.
I haven't used T platform in a few years, I bought a few uncensored NSFW comics there in their entirety. Now I went to check the website and the comics I bought before have been censored and the artists only have uncensored versions on Patreon. Wow, T platform is full of horse shit.
It's adapted from https://www.novelupdates.com/series/never-meeting-again-in-our-next-life/
I've literally never seen a danmei novel rated close to 2.5 stars on NU so I was stunned
Σ( ̄□ ̄||) Bro, the novel is shounen, xuanhuan, genetic evolution plus romantic subplot with one wife and family drama where his son gets kidnapped.... I'm thinking of the right novel??? The tags and genres are listed here https://www.novelupdates.com/series/super-god-gene/
You can read it all here
