In ch 68 in the dream, there is a panel that shows YuYang's left side and there is this black stain near his left ear, where in the future he will wear his matching earring.
It's likely I'm imagining things, because his ear is complety covered by LiHuan's hair, but do you know what it means if the stain really is the earring??
