this webtoon is an emotional wild ride, i tear up every time she remembers her past and then make connection to her game reality. i hope whomever capture target that she ends up with is compassionate and gives her comfort. also, that prince's sword? is laden with poison maybe? she was really just scratched but she passed out. or maybe it was because of her already weak constitution, since she is not fed well and has went through a lot of poisonong attempts?? the crown prince character piqued my interest, but if theres no development and he stays abusive and agression manic, i dont want penelope with him!!!
Its most likely the immense stress she was having during her conversation with the Crown Prince that once she was away from him, her body couldn’t handle it any longer and gave away. She did hypothesized that there was a ‘Reset’ button since its still a ‘game’ and that maybe once she might ‘die’ there, she could go back to her reality. Not seeing any reset button anywhere cause her to panic immensely. Thus, her passing out after the danger of dying was out of her system.
Ive read in some of the comments before that the Crown Prince is the most ‘reasonable’ one (?) in all of male leads for Penelope. According to them, he gradually learns of her and his percentage slowly increased in her favor. Im not sure how true that is but its something to look forward to.
it would be nice to have the crown prince favour penelope. itd be a great upgrade of power standing for penelope too i hope thats true. i saw the raws in korean and i was worried that one of her adoptive brothers might be her endgame!! i absolutely loathe those kinds of loveline. bc first of all itd be stockholm syndrom-y for her to have romantic feelings for either of them regardless of the character development, second of all they were supposedly her brothers albeit nonblood related...id still be uncomfortable!! thank you for hinting the prince's development he honestly is a very intriguing character

anyway, im neutral about boths guys, elvin seems like he has so many possible use of reneshas power so being wary of his intentions comes naturally haha but cabel has rage issues and apparent possesiveness and tbh the FL is always scared to death whenever she interacts with him and its a bit hard to see them together that way (yes, false confession indeed).
well since its a stalemate with these 2 im just going to keep tuning in. reneshas personality and mental commentary highkey entertaining lol

i mean before the trope became so booming (i read NG life which was also isekai in 2013 ish) but this one really.....unbeatable there is no time/world traveling manga that does it quite like this one!!! this manga has the air of a josei/seinen manga instead of shoujo. reading how intricate and elaborate each issues are being presented (managements, macroeconomy, war morality) and the art style reminds me of bungou stray dogs!
also, im just personally pleased at the slowest slowburn romance this story has. the FL and ML really fall for each other for their minds and attitude...not their look, not opportunistic schemes to save themselves, not anything but they grow feelings for each other because of work ethics!! how nice is that! this 2 really are workaholics
noah and raeliana really have that chemistry I DONT KNOW HOW TO SAY IT but amidst the ocean of isekai/world/time traveling webtoon raeli and noah's depicted relationship and interaction is the only one that makes me flutter LOLLLL. is it noahs mischievous side? is it raelianas prideful antics?? their personalities really makes the ship dynamic have that swooning effect AAAAA

and tbh the synopsis really outdone the webtoon itself. the actual story is rather not well elaborated and not that intresting??? with a synopsis that intense i must say ive been let down ╮(￣▽￣)╭

(in some countries, archduke is a monarch of their own) ugh! even though i read loooottsss of royal themed works, im a royal abolitionist but if theres a revolution, the archduke is safe, since he probably is the one who ignited the revolution lol
what i like the most about this webtoon is that aria is full fledged evil without a pause. she only cares about things that will boost ans benefit her. sure she will learn to genuinely cherish and value people (she does that with her mom now, her maids later, and her love interest even later) but theres no mistaking just how unapologetically opportunistic little scheming snake that she is!!! we like her because the story is based on her point of view and because shes smart and tactful in using her past memories. there is no right or wrong between her and mielle. both are just 2 players of a power play. we hate mielle because we see the story from arias side which villifies her, but if the story got spun off and we see how aria and mielle first met prior to the time turn, if the writing is right and smart, we can be turned to easily hate aria too, since shes destroying mielles quaint little family. all the characters are not black and white and i think thats what makes this webtoon stands out more than any other time travelling webtoon tropes!!!! i simply just love it
im so happy that the only romance arc was faux and in turn was actually a story and character progression tool. everything that happens in here is not drama, and was purposeful and not mopey. the ending was kinda abrupt but it was clean and efficient and i think that has been this mangas character from the start. clean and efficient.
