From what I understand in my own way, I think Tougo got hurt for not being recognized by Tsukasa whom he become friends with when they were still in the orphanage. Tougo suffered alot back then when Tsukasa wasnt around anymore after he got adopted. After so much suffering and hurtful days, Tougo discovered that he was neither an Alpha nor Omega but an Enigma. He uses his powers(? .. Is it powers or ability? Whatevs ) to get revenge and be love by Tsukasa and/or be happy and have a happy relation like they have in the past when they were young.
I read this fanfic based on chap 61 and it was so heart wrenching. Like the seme rejected and abused the uke because he though our baby betrayed him and told him he would be thrown out soon. But then we came to know the truth he comforted nakyum. But now nakyum was completely broken and was numb. He thought that the seme love was not unconditional and he had to play a role to deserve a place in the seme's home and it was so sad. Shit. This novel clearly depicts the class difference of that era and how it continuously breaks the uke..
