I’m cracking up b/c I kept wondering when the artist would make Xiao Ling look a bit cuter and more mature! Now I see it’s chapter 164. She’s described as one of the less attractive females in the story, but she does begin to look more graceful and appealing!

Am I the only one who heard profound melancholy in her tone thru-out, including the sex scenes? She sounds depressed and so boring! (⊙…⊙ ) Beautiful young lady, but a dry personality... dry as the Sahara, for sure!

After reading the novel, Gu Lin is still the dumbest rich girl I know! She’s just a pathetic bimbo who thinks money makes her a good catch, but after craving for Li Lei thru-out the story, he has never given her the time of day! She’s as dumb as they come! Girl, stop being an idiot and go find a man on your childlike mental level instead of reaching for something that will NEVER be!

The mom is absolute trash and it is so rich that ML told her to seperate her private life from buisness but then ask her for a relationship in the same conversaition. Besides the fact that he abused his power and demoted her cause she won’t fuck him, his brother is harrasing her

For everyone who keeps defending the FL’s mom, open your eyes and think about the pain of your ONLY parent abandoning you for wealth and not hearing from your own mother in years! No matter what her reason for marrying, she walked away from her ONLY child. So, even if the Cheng siblings are at fault, why hasn’t her trifling mother reached out to her personally? The phone rings both ways! Even if the FL wants to be independent, a loving parent would still reach out to their child every now & then. Seriously, her mom and her step-family are all trash, which is why the FL has low self-esteem and little confidence!

Now, here we go! RMEs... Dear ol’ mom needs help now that her stupid husband’s business is in jeopardy and somehow she remembers that she has a daughter! Wtf... I hate parents like her b/c your child is not a tool to help you in your husband’s time of need. You ONLY reach out to her now when you’ve neglected your relationship with her since you’ve married into money! Where are those horrible step-kids of hers? And the ML has an oversized ego, perhaps b/c he’s never been rejected by anyone, but I hope the FL sticks to her guns. Keep turning him down so he can learn humility for once in his over-privileged life!! Yet, I somehow feel that they will be together by the end of this story. I hope he treats her well both here and thereafter!! *fingers crossed*

Worst storyline ever! My taste in yaoi obviously differs from the people giving a thumbs up

He said he’s holding back for 5 years, does that mean that child isn’t his? If it isn’t then he’s just the same as her keeping it from each other, one doesn’t want to tell him he has a kid and the other doesn’t tell her that it’s not his, this is so frustrating

I was low key hoping the ArchDuke would get jealous when he turns around and see Sir Trigger holding onto Chloe, but nope. She was alone, scared.
