First you need to access this page in desktop mode, once you've done that, you should notice a small black and white flag icon on the far left side of the page (about half way down). Click on it and select the "upload chapters" panel and type "I have update chapters for From Points Of Three; .chapter 74 and 75" then submit. One of the site admins will contact you via DM here on your account and send you a set of instructions as to what you need to do. Hope this helps.
