I swear people constantly hate on one of the them when they suddenly do something bad like it’s so annoying. They’re not gonna suddenly change or overcome their trauma just because they love each other or they’re in a relationship. That’s not how it works.
There is no such depth that you’re talking about in this poorly conceptualized manga.
You don’t understand the story at all and that’s fine. There’s a reason why the characters act like this and sadly people act like this in real life. This is a psychological manhwa so maybe you’re looking for something actually romantic and this story is not supposed to give you a healthy loving relationship. It’s supposed to show flawed characters who make mistakes and have trauma. If you actually read it, the characters have a lot of depth and so does the story.
You missed my point. I incredibly liked the first half of this manga but I dislike the way that this manga went. Am having an opinion, simple as that. But regardless of that, in recent chapters we are witnessing the clumsiness and amateurism of the author.
I saw a tweet where it was like romantic subplots hit better than a romance story and i kinda agree
Is there anything where the yaoi is more of a subplot? Like theres romance but its not the main focus of the story. And not it all happens in the end but its like a legit subplot throughout the story

So haruhi fujioka from ouran is the best shojo protag ever even though ouran is like a parody of shojo itself and its tropes she still is the best (argue with a wall) and i wanna know if theres other manga/manhwa with mcs similar to her, that take no shit but still kind and interesting, just tired of the spineless heroines or the boss bitch cold hearted too much trauma villainess that seem to be the only thing shojo has rn

I love Ouran... On the note of female MCs that takes no shit, I recommend Warau Kanoko-sama, although her personality is actually far from Haruhi, but she's pretty interesting
