I was really really liking this story right until Mario decided to up and leave. It's something I always hate in mangas, when one makes a totally unilateral decision on behalf of their SO "for their good". I hate that trope. It ruins a story for me. Specially if after the SO left behind doesn't lay it onto them with the force of a thousand suns. I would have liked for Riichi to put Mario in his place instead of smooching him.
