Good thing Itsuki wasn't chosen as the successor because he was dense as hell. Still, after the grandfather learnt the truth, he should have sent him to hell. "I can't follow someone who jumps to conclusion and doesn't wait for the truth" he should have told him that and walk out of there. The only people I liked in this entire manga and were actually interesting were Itsuki friends.
