No, yours just seems pointless to me.
Yes, it's gonna be boring because it's once a week for a chapter and it can't cover much per chapter. Meaning you wait for so long but only got a little and have to wait again so it feels like a long time in the comic but it's actually a long time in reality. It's just a matter of perspective i guess. Just stack the chapter for a while and read it in one go, and you'll see the pace of the story.
