It was mentioned on one of earlier chapters that kotone would have to be hao's & nagi's servant if he didn't become the blue dragon. Tbh I wouldn't like that idea, they're both better off having their own chosen ones.
In this case, I guess Mr Idol would be shared between them since he came into that world some years before Kotone and the tortoise is the main body
