I think its because he felt like he was just loosing him. He used to be under Sangwoo spell completely. emotionally and physically attached to him and now he feel like he doesnt have control over him like he once did. He just wanted to feel like he was still arm length like he was still there with him

Ever time I read this manga, I too feel my hatred for the old man increase exponentially. No matter how u justify his actions by reading the background story... I too (and I want to use the quote above) ‘hate the president with the intensity of a thousand hells’. And mind you I do not use the word hate so frivolously. Preying on a child is NOT ok even if what you feel at the time is love.
The most unfortunate thing in the yaoi world is the generous use of cheating and rape in plots... however none of the mangas with these themes are my favourites...
I like mangas without these plots.. I prefer simpler and sweeter mangas like doukyuusei, window beyond window or lover boy...
reading about cheating just tears my heart.. even though I know these characters are fictional... I can’t stop the gnawing pain in my heart...

Against the popular opinion, I want both of them to have a happy ending.
I hope the end goes something like this... sangwoo’s mom comes back (her body was never found right?) and for the first time Sangwoo is afraid. Bum takes charge and kills sangwoos mother just like Sangwoo killed bum’s uncle. That might explain why bum’s only killed once ... could be like practice for what’s to come...
that way they avenge each other and can finally get over the past...
However that scene where Sangwoo makes Bum promise that he will kill himself if Sangwoo were to die, goes against this expectation...
plz let them get a happy ending... then all the fuckery until now can be overlooked... and most of us can revel in the fact that these boys had something gud come out of all this at the end.
Someone.. anyone... plz complete this manga... it’s too good to be left incomplete. We need to know how this manga ends.. badly. Can’t another scanlation group finish this for us?
