I decided to binge read this and I'm having a good time. I adore Jeonsu. He's naive and a precious lamb (not stupid as some have labeled him). He shows that he can fully understand new situations and clearly thinks through certain situations and experiences he's now being placed into. Seong-ha, I like. I almost thought would tick me off in the beginning, but he's a good guy and he treats Jeonsu so well and it's the epitome of opposites attract. They balance each other to me and now Seong-ha has a support system they he hasn't had since his mother passed. I hate the father (f*ck that guy). I still can't figure out if Min is just jealous Seong-ha liking Jeonsu or because he's being an overprotective friend. Now for what seems the most controversial character amongst the comments: Haechan. Can't stand him. I don't know what story some of y'all are reading if you think Haechan is trying to help Seong-ha from the goodness of his heart. He's manipulative, opportunistic, and selfish. He see a distraught Seong-ha and instead of actual concern he gets joy from his distress, feed on it, and then records a traumatic moment of Seong-ha to "help him". Then for his own selfish reasons to build his collection of expressions, he is interferred in Seong-ha life, by "saving him", just so he continue getting expressions. Then he tells him to have a grand death so his birthday instead, which is not something you'd tell a suicidal person if you actually cared for him. Then even his assistant is like don't interfere with their business because he knows he's a psycho. Then he is playing Min, Jeonsu, and Seong-ha into whatever this new scheme is for his enjoyment like they are characters in one of his video games. Be for real if you think he's a "good friend". He needs to f*ck and get back to his day job.
How can he sit there and listen to everything he just said, only to turn around and prove his f*cking point. I haven't hated a character like this in a minute. He is the absolute f*cking worse and does not deserve a happy ending at all. Jesus....
It's been a minute, but where did Jaewon come from and is he still around? Seo-In had dark hair as a child, but now he's a blonde like Jaewon did when they were children. Does MC know Jaewon too? Also, Chapter 2 had him saying he didn't want the school year to fly by until I'm assuming he saw Seo-In kissing some brown head boy, but then the panel had two different boys with moles like they were watching, neither being the MC. I feel like I forgot the important details and remember all the stressful ones. I do not feel like rereading this story...lol. Thanks in advance!
I've come to terms that you can't help people who don't want to help themselves. If this is the situation In-seob wants to be in, then so be it. Being that I've read a good bit into the novel past this point, it's interesting to see it visually, though it hits differently.
Those two little hairs on that roller did me in!! She's so cute. I swear, this is the sweetest story I'm reading right now and I am living for it. (Side note: Should something end up happening with Yeonjoo's grandma, I hope they adopt him. I definitely know what he wanted to know about his dad, so maybe he will end up with 2.)
I know we all want to judge In-Seob for breezing past the assaults and showing all of this concern for that *sshole, but it's obvious he has a long-time deeply rooted obsession with him that went from liking him as a teen, "hating" him for revenge while still harboring those teen feelings that were unresolved, and placing himself in a trauma-inducing lifestyle. He was the sickly kid with one friend and felt like he had nothing, except his parents, afterwards. When stories do this thing, it's always easy to sit on the outside saying what you would do, but whether real life or fiction, you truly can't understand someone's mental state, timidness, fear, etc. unless you've experienced it yourself. I just feel sorry for him for being unwilling or unable to let go. *tear*
With the way A and bro's story is going, I don't want to read it. I'm annoyed at bro and the persistence. It's played off as cutesy, but it's uncomfortable to even read, especially since A is very persistent against it. I could even finish this chapter. Him constantly calling him baby and ugh... It's too much and edging on skeezy for me. I want them to literally focus on any of the other 4 actual couples, or the adventures of the babies, or the frenemies and the puppies.
I don't know if we should tank the rating for our actual two adorable couples by uploading that mother*cker's side story with theirs. I automatically wanted to drop a star just from that one chapter. I f*ckin' hate the manager. Dajeong is the guy from Chapters 26 and 60. I don't think we need to know anything about their relationship, especially knowing it started off with him choking him as a kid then progressing to using him as a substitute. Ughhhh...
No one...not a single soul asked for you opinion or your blessing. Semi-respectfully (only because you're young and is clearly projecting far too much and perhaps don't know any damn better), f*ck off, Mi-ok. Like what kind of explanation was that? It was relevant at all. I honestly thought she was going say she was a lesbian, and was turned down or broken up with because of societal issues or something, but that nonsense she was spouting.... absolutely not.
I got so immediately distracted by those balls. It was almost like being flashed. I scrolling along and then WHAM! I don't know why they threw me off so much. I was embarrassed to see them. The artist really did a nice job, I'll give them that. Also Doha going, yeah, no, I don't like you... hilarious.
Yikes. smh. People can say what they want about AoT and MHA endings (which I liked (though I would have loved one more chapter for MHA because I wasn't ready to let them go)), this end, better yet, every decision from Gojo to the end...a big ol' NOPE! I'm not sure if they should even bother with the anime continuation with how this ended. Unreal.
What is even going on?! I'm getting beyond annoyed. The passive aggressiveness ain't it. Jeongwon, needs to tell him the problem or get the f*ck over it.
For anyone who's read the novel, what chapter would we be on now based on the manga?
TIA
So I started reading this, even though I typically skip story around 8.5 and below, but it looked super cute so I went for it. I am so confused as to why this is rated this low. Then I check the comments and there are complaints that the possibly 18-22 year old, with no friends, is apparently too childish and doesn't act like an "adult" when he goes on his first date ever, with the person he has crush on, and they share his first sexual experiences with him as well?! What are y'all talking about?! His reactions make perfect sense in his situation. I was in my mid-20s barely able to speak when my crush was around, but him blushing from the attention and having new experiences with someone he likes isn't "adult". Tell that to 30+ Disney lovers with no kids who dress-up and go to the parks on a weekly basis with the same faces he has and tell them they aren't "adults" either for being happy and joyful. Bless your hearts of you've lost all that simple joy.
I swear if Tristan does something with Wren, I am immediately dropping this GD story. I didn't even want to see Wren with that f*cking disgusting piece of sh*t uncle. I'm getting hella annoyed.
