I feel bad for the tulips :’)
Oh no no, you’re mixing two different events and people! There was nothing in the tulips, as the knight said. Aria just stepped on it out of spite. The dude that got food poisoning was just a servant, not a knight, and I think it will be explained more precisely how he got poisoned next chapter. Anyway the food poisoning was Mielle’s scheme and Mielle and Asher don’t know each other nor does Asher has any apparent reason to hurt Aria.
Honestly tho, I’m super angry at wonyoung’s old boss. He did a dick move by spilling the beans and yet he totally omitted to add that wonyoung actually didn’t want to do it anymore. What a fucking jackass.
I mean even without knowing they’re dating, he still knew they had grown close enough for wonyoung to wish of cancelling their previous agreement and asking him to give him time to say the truth. He broke up his promise and did not even try to smooth things over for wonyoung by telling the other truth to tae (the way woonyoung felt at the whole ordeal now) even trying to pass himself up as the good guy and putting all the blame on wonyoung by saying misleading stuff making it sound like wonyoung instigated the whole things (« wonyoung called me » « I’m sorry I didn’t try to stop him » bitch you tried to convince him to continue when he wanted off???). Tbh before that chapter I really had no ill feeling toward the dude because he was just doing his job and did not know the situation, yes, but the way he did things here while washing off his own hands it’s just plain wrong. I understand he did so for tae to see him in a good light so that he will keep on working with him, still, I hate that kind of hypocrisy.
Holy shit??? Finally???
