I’m still all aboard the ship for Yamato x yuji. They really have the best chemistry and yuji really don’t give me full straight vibes from the start. Maybe more like, Pansexual? Or demi sexual? At least that’s the vibes I got from him with what we saw of his previous relationship with his gf. I also love their friendship and I understand everyone saying it would be nice for once to have a supportive guy friend close to the gay mc but I feel everyone is then forgetting Seki who is Yamato bestie? :’( personally I really want Yamato and yuji to end up together as I feel yuji is the one that can boost Yamato’s confidence the best and make him truly accept himself as normal. And then maybe Yamato will finally find the strength to spill the beans to seki and my best boi will say something like “yeah I already got the general idea, it’s cool, we’re bro. Thank you for finally telling me” and that is the part where I’ll personally scream alleluia and would be an amazing conclusion for me (because after all, this story is mainly about Yamato coming to terms with his sexuality). But yeah, anyway, I still think yuji x Yamato is very probable as they sstilll have the best chemistry, they’re the main relationship and having read haikei ni san That made me doubt until the end, I’m gonna trust this author. (Also please still make hibino happy I like him)

Okay is this me being stupid or??? Because I’m at chapter 8 and seriously MC is so dumb like wtf??? Apparently she knows the name of the bloodthirsty dude since she called him kaleid in the previous chapter when the carriage got attacked (still don’t understand this scene btw) then she get the marriage candidates and has pictures and the dude tell him the name is kaleid and she got “yup I’m gonna choose him” I’m??? (Also how the fuck does she not recognize the face 3 times is beyond me, especially since she took a good look everytime). Like can someone tell me if there’s something I didn’t get or the plot and the character are going to stay this stupid later on?

i m not entirely sure if this is what you meant but there seem to be two types of writing in this story, so basically she s just having trouble actually reading the empire's language and might ve misread his name therefore not realizing it s the same one
