this is just a guess but i feel like the mc and the ml met back when he was in his og world and body and that was when he had a lil sister (who appeared before in the earlier chapters but not entirely, just glimpses) + ml might be the "hyung" that mc was talking about too, but since the mc has a hard time remembering his past, he doesnt remember their faces, dunno abt the ml tho, might be subconsciously remembering it as well lol
